INSTRUCTIONS:

Please submit a separate form for each academic position via the link above. Be sure to check the appropriate position option on each form.

Please note: There is a $100 fee per position for the use of the FBD Placement Center. Payment may be made by adding this position to the shopping cart and paying by credit card at checkout. A check may also be mailed to Carla J. Barber, Placement Director (address below). A position announcement will not be posted until payment has been received. Upon submission of the form, an invoice will be generated for your records. If paying by check, please print this invoice and include with payment.

Forms may also be turned in to the Placement Center during the meeting. Payment must be made at this time. To facilitate communication between employers and applicants, please come by the Placement Center at the conference and complete a locator card.
