I have primarily taught the strategy and international courses. However my research is primarily in the HR realm. I feel qualified to teach many of the courses offered in the management discipline and enjoy being in the classroom.
Research interests include sexual harassment, counterproductive organizational behavior, workplace discrimination, and managerial issues in the health-care industry.
